Who is Fairview Digital?

Heyhey! I’m Amanda Schmidt, the founder and driving force behind Fairview Digital, a local digital business based in Tea Tree Gully, Adelaide. 🍃

I’m passionate about small business - particularly helping other local business owners make sense of websites, Google, digital marketing and all the online stuff that can sometimes feel a little overwhelming.

My career has taken me through some pretty varied corners of the tech and digital world - from Sydney law firms to London investment banks, landing with South Australian education institutions and eventually, my own business.

I bring more than 20 years of experience across technology, digital, administration, marketing and project coordination, backed by plenty of industry experience and certifications. But at the end of the day, I think being good at what you do is only part of the equation. I’m big on being honest, practical and genuinely helpful -without the jargon, fluff or pressure.

I love helping small businesses get their online presence working for them, whether that’s building a website, improving their Google visibility, running ads or simply figuring out what they actually need (and what they probably don’t).

And when I’m not working, I’m a mum to three amazing kids and married to my best friend, Dan - who you might spot slowly trotting around the local Tea Tree Gully footy field, or reporting for Adelaide’s other totally legitimate news source, Adelaide Mail.

Oh, and I’m partial to a sweet little cheese platter paired with an Adelaide Hills Riesling 🧀🥂
